  • New Mould Manufacture Plan Execution.
  • Work Experience in CNC, Milling, EDM, Lathe & Grinding Machines.
  • CNC/Conventional Machining Plan & Execution.
  • Responsible for NPD & Maintenance of Moulds
  • Loading for All CNC/ Conventional Machines.
  • All New Mould /Modification Part Heat Treatment Planning.
  • Job Work Plan & Execution for All Modification/ New Mould Parts.
  • Complete File Preparation for New Moulds & Handover to Maintenance for Mass Production.
  • Responsible for Tool Room Kaizen fill Up & Submission and so Kaizen Representative for Tool Room.
  • Work Experience in MS. Office.

Comfortable to work in Shifts.
