HR Executive - Training & Development
1. Carries out a TNI, makes calendar for the organization.
2. Conducts orientation program for new employees.
3. Coordinate with external consultants on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
4. Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.
5.Training need analysis.
6. Training Calendar.
7. Prepare OC(Organization Chart) / JD (JOB Description)after coordination with concern HOD/Dept.
8. Maintain training records for audit purpose .

PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
