Job Description

Location - Okhla Phase 3, Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating between customers and company regarding product supply and customer complaints about the respective market after receiving a quotation from a customer making Work Order, Purchase Requisition.
  • Preparation of Work order and Proforma Invoice
  • Finding out of new overseas markets and make the customer base
  • Coordinate and liaise closely with global business partners.
  • Keeping track of their customer's orders and shipments and coordinate with PPC and logistics department respectively.
  • Keeping a record of complete sales history and data of its customers
  • Arranging samples for time to the time requirement of customers
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Sales experience in international business, ideally in developing markets is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in Excel.
  • Experience in SAP will add an advantage.
