2) Responsible for Sales, Promotion, Collections and P&L in assigned markets.

4) Training local teams for Sales Force Effectiveness
5) Prepare annual business plans for assigned markets and new product launch
6) Undertake/ co-ordinate local market surveys for new products.
7) Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent companys brand.
Required Candidate profile1) 15+ years related experience with minimum 4yrs of those years assigned to the industry handling International or strategic accounts for the region.
2) Candidate should have experience working for surgical Disposable/Diagnostic Industry for International S&M Setup
3) Candidate should have exposure travelling to countries like SE Asia, Latin America, Africa, Middle East.
4) Sales experience in international business, ideally in developing markets is advantageous.
5) Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English
6) Demonstrate successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.
7) Excellent negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business acumen skills needed.
